Inixion implemented Sage X3 for the DCS Group in 2018, assisting DCS with systems integration across the group.
Recently, Inixion delivered additional workshops to assist DCS in refining processes including financial month-end reconciliation, using Sage X3, across the DCS Group of companies. These processes, crossing multiple systems and companies, previously meant closing month-end could take 2 to 3 weeks.
DCS reported that the Sage X3 implementation and further development through collaborative workshops supported the group in achieving its target of reducing the month-end close process to two days.
