Inixion was launched in 2006 to provide dedicated specialist Sage X3 implementation and consultancy services to the then-small community of Sage X3 customers and partners in the UK. Over the past 10 years, we have gone from strength to strength working with a wide range of Sage X3 customers across the globe.
Ian Bromley, our Managing Director, worked for the first Sage X3 partner in the UK, where he was instrumental in selecting Sage X3 as a partner product and implementing the initial Sage X3 UK customers. When this company was acquired, a need arose in the market for an experienced specialist Sage X3 consultant, which was and is Ian’s strength. So much so, that demand quickly outgrew Ian’s ability to fulfil on his own and he had to start recruiting; not being limited by location meant he could recruit the right Sage X3 talent, right from the start. Inixion now boasts a highly-experienced team of Sage X3 implementation and support consultants who are all Sage X3 certified and we have continued our policy of recruiting for the growing dedicated team based on outstanding Sage X3 skills, not location.
From the beginning Inixion’s focus was customer centric. The understanding of a customer’s current business issues and future growth targets and the transformation of these requirements into a Sage X3 system that gives maximum output and Return on Investment is at the core of all our projects. This has resulted in zero customer attrition and no failed Sage X3 implementations over the past 10 years.
Our passion and enthusiasm for Sage X3 has allowed us to work with some big international companies; 12% of our client base is FTSE 100/250 (Financial Times Stock Exchange Index of London Stock Exchange top 100/250 companies) listed. Of course, that means the vast majority of our customers are small and medium-sized with similar business demands and pressures as ourselves.
Whether we work with large or global enterprises or smaller companies, we immerse ourselves in their business and become part of their project team. Whilst implementing an ERP system is serious business, over the years our team have developed ways to assist the process and even to lighten the load with a well-defined, logical implementation methodology and one of our team is notorious for handing out Jelly Babies during training sessions!
The close relationship with all our customers was demonstrated in December 2016 when representatives from virtually all of them came to celebrate our anniversary with us at our Customer Event in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, UK.

- Inixion was selected by Sage to become one of the early UK Sage X3 partners in 2008 as Sage UK adopted Sage X3.
- Sage UK selected Inixion to collaborate on a number of Sage X3 projects.
- In addition to very regularly being named as finalists, Inixion have won several Sage awards, including UK Sage X3 Business Partner of the Year (2012), as well as the Global Sage X3 Award for Collaboration (2013).
- Inixion’s customer Belzona Polymerics Ltd was awarded best Sage customer 2014 in recognition of its highly successful Sage X3 implementation.
- Inixion’s team of implementation consultants and developers have achieved full certification in every functional discipline of Sage X3 since the certification process was introduced.
- With over 1000 supported users, Inixion has installed Sage X3 across 5 continents.
The ERP and Sage X3 landscape we’ve been working in has changed quite a bit over the last ten years. What hasn’t changed is our focus on Sage X3 and our ability to deliver a solution that fits our customers’ business needs, on time and on budget.
