Ian, with his wife Joanne, formed Inixion in 2006 following 15 years working with Enterprise Resource Planning systems on both the client and vendor side. He has worked on the implementation side of over 200 ERP projects during his 3 decades in the industry, with companies ranging from small UK based businesses through to global listed organisations. Ian has worked with the Sage X3 solution for the past 20+ years and uses his depth of experience to guide the Inixion team in delivering all of the services that we provide to a high standard.
Greg joined Inixion in 2011 to start a dedicated sales and marketing function. Becoming a Shareholder and Director in 2015, Greg has assisted with the growth of Inixion drawing on over 25 years of Project Management, Leadership and Sales experience – largely from an ERP perspective. Greg is one of the ‘hands on’ owners of Inixion: overseeing sales and marketing, leading external relationships with third-party suppliers including Sage, both sides of the Atlantic and assisting with the general management and strategic direction of Inixion.
Andrew joined Inixion in 2016 as a Project Manager after working at Sage, and before that Procter & Gamble, delivering various technology-enabled business projects. With a passion for working with people to understand requirements and define solutions, Andrew relishes the opportunity to work with customers, businesses and Sage X3 experts. He was promoted to Operations Manager in 2020, and Operations Director in 2023, leading Inixion’s Sage X3 experts to deliver the best solutions to our valued customers.
Lindsay joined Inixion in 2022 to manage the marketing team and specifically the lead generation function. She has worked in the technology sector for over 23 years and brings a background in ERP software, SaaS, Microsoft technology, Cloud technology and AI across UK and USA markets and sectors including manufacturing, FMCG, agencies, engineering and consultancy. Lindsay’s role is to ensure the business meets revenue targets by managing the lead generation function and through strategic and tactical marketing.
Laura joined inixion in 2025 as Customer Service Manager. With over 20 years of experience working with ERP systems, Laura has successfully led functional, technical, and development teams across a variety of industries. She specialises in customer care, change management, and building high-performing teams dedicated to delivering exceptional service and driving continuous improvement.
