The SFA (Société Française d’Assainissement) Group has selected Sage X3 partner Inixion to implement the latest version of Sage X3 for SFA’s subsidiaries: Saniflo.

SFA started in 1958 as a supplier of water treatment plant equipment and have grown to be a market leader in the sanitary appliances market. Saniflo is one of the most widely recognised brands in the UK plumbing market thanks to its range of macerator pumps that allow domestic and commercial customers to install toilets, basins, showers, dishwashers, sinks, etc. almost anywhere.

SFA has been using Sage X3 in France for many years and are looking to compliment the use of Sage X3 across their group with a roll-out of the latest Sage X3 version to their English speaking European subsidiaries, starting with their UK subsidiary, Saniflo; followed by deployment at Saniflo Ireland. SFA selected Inixion after a focused process to identify the right UK based Sage X3 partner, with demonstrable skills in international Sage X3 implementations and the ability to manage a Sage X3 project within tight timescales.

Frédéric Carricaburu, Chief Information Officer, SFA Group, commented;

“Having evaluated several Sage X3 partners in the UK, we are delighted to have selected and to be working with Inixion for this really important next step in the evolution of our Sage X3 system across the Group’. He continued; ‘it was clear from our first meeting that Inixion is truly dedicated to both Sage X3 and customer service and we were all speaking the same language with respect to a global system with local processes: “glo-cal”.”

Greg Hackney, Sales Director, Inixion, noted;

“We’re really pleased to welcome the SFA Group and their subsidiary Saniflo, as an Inixion customer.  The complete Inixion focus on Sage X3, often with international considerations, means we can offer SFA, Saniflo and all our customers a structured, specialised service from project inception through to on-going support.”
