Inixion implemented Sage X3 for the DCS Group in 2018, assisting DCS with systems integration across the group. Recently, Inixion delivered additional workshops to assist DCS in refining processes including financial month-end reconciliation, using Sage X3, across the DCS Group of companies. These processes, crossing multiple systems and companies, previously meant closing month-end could take 2 to 3 weeks.
DCS reported that the Sage X3 implementation and further development through collaborative workshops supported the group achieve its target to reduce the month-end close process down to two days.
Johnathan Berry, Chief Financial Officer, DCS Group, commented:
“We’ve been impressed and grateful for Inixion’s commitment to working in partnership with their customers and in particular for their assistance as our business changes; not least due to the challenges to all businesses with the global pandemic. We needed to improve our group month-end processes and are delighted that our chosen system, Sage X3, is at the heart of this – it will really help us with the management of change and our planned expansions.”
David Spiller, Sage X3 Certified Professional and Project Manager for DCS, Inixion added:
“We recommend that every customer embarks on a journey with their new Sage X3 system, in order to gain the most from it, continually evolving according to their business requirements. This latest step for DCS Group is a great move forward and we look forward to the steps to come.”
