The Inixion Support Team continues to grow
Inixion is continuing to grow with the recent appointment of a new member to the Inixion Support Team, Andrew Tracoshas, who joins as a Support Consultant.
Andy’s career began at the University of Oxford, where he was responsible for managing data within the Biomedical Services department for a large number of research groups. He also worked on a range of high-profile medical research projects. On joining a large national distributor, Andy was then presented with the opportunity to work with Sage X3, assisting with the implementation project and being responsible for data management from the start. Post go-live, Andy provided in-house training and support to the business and its users on a daily basis.
David McCallum, Inixion Customer Service Manager, commented,
“We’re really delighted that Andy’s joined our team. As with all of the Inixion support team, our real-life experiences with Sage X3 from a user’s point of view will give Andy the edge when getting to grips with, and solving, customer queries”.
Andrew Tracoshas, Support Consultant, commented,
“It’s great to now be part of the Inixion team. I was keen to develop my Sage X3 skills further and, true to their reputation in the industry for great service and unparalleled Sage X3 knowledge and experience, Inixion match and exceed my current and future goals. I am looking forward to getting stuck in, expanding my skillset further and providing the best possible service to all Inixion customers”.
