Inixion’s Customer Event 2021 – ‘Collaborate to Differentiate’
Over the past year so many events have moved to ‘virtual’, including the Inixion Customer Event, held on the 3rd March 2021. The great thing about this was that it allowed us to welcome our customers from both the USA, UK and further afield, in ‘one place’.
The value of ‘Collaborate to Differentiate’, this year’s event theme, was confirmed during the introduction presentation by Ian Bromley, Inixion’s Managing Director. Ian recounted how during 2020, Inixion was able to deliver numerous projects including a major global ERP migration project. Ian was astonished at what could be achieved remotely; with the whole Inixion and customer team working together in a slightly different way to achieve a common goal.
Paul Struthers, Managing Director & EVP, Sage UK & Ireland, joined our event. He highlighted how important customer success is to Sage and illustrated that with examples; including how Sage has enabled customers to administrate the UK furlough scheme. He also mentioned that Sage is doing a lot of work on the Brexit issue; being part of Brexit advice hubs and working with the UK government to ensure that customers have the best digital tools at their disposal.
It was great that Robert Sinfield, Vice President of Product for Sage X3 and ISV Success, Sage, joined us once again; presenting the Sage X3 roadmap and strategy to deliver customer and market needs to help drive success.
Networking has always been an important and welcomed feature for our customers at events and, not wanting to lose that aspect, virtual networking sessions were facilitated during this event, by Inixion team members over lunch (or breakfast for our US delegates) and during the breaks.
We enjoyed the event very much and we’re delighted to receive valuable feedback from attendees including:
‘Very well organised, jolly atmosphere and valuable info for all’
‘What a great alternative to an in-person event, it is obvious that a great deal of work went to arrange the agenda, speakers and logistics’
‘A fun packed, content rich, well attended customer event.’
We are looking forward to continuing to collaborate with our customers and enabling them to differentiate and succeed in their individual businesses and sectors.
