We are all experiencing impact to our lives, families and businesses with the onset of the Covid-19 virus. We would like to take this opportunity to update you on the situation at Inixion, and to provide a level of comfort that we are aiming for as close to ‘business as usual’ as we can at this time.
As you will be aware, Inixion does not and never has operated from a central office. Due to the geographic spread of all of our staff, Inixion has been set up from the beginning to be a team of people who all work remotely. So, the Inixion team are continuing to ‘work from home’ – which is actually ‘business as usual’ for a very large percentage of what we do.
Crucially for our customers, our Sage X3 Support service is operating as normal, and customers should not see any impact to this.
Our Professional Services team (Project managers, Consultants and Developers), continue to work where practical, turning on-site meetings into virtual meetings, and continuing to carry out on site consultancy days on agreement with the Customer, whilst the UK Government has not locked this type of work completely down. We are also working practically with any customers who have requested no third party visitors to their sites; again utilising technology with virtual meetings and conference calls.
We have scaled back internal face to face meetings that are not necessary, holding virtual meetings over video conference, and will continue to review and adapt to the latest guidance that is issued by the UK government.
If any of our customers have any concerns or require any assistance in helping their businesses support the Sage X3 systems in this challenging time, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We wish you, your families and the communities around you good health.
