Businessman working from home - Covid 19 update

As we all continue to experience a significant impact on our lives, families and businesses with the ongoing situation of the Covid-19 virus, we provide this update on the status here at Inixion, to reassure you that we continue to be in a position to fully support all of our customers through this challenging time.

As the Inixion team has always had a ‘work from home’ approach, we did not need to implement any new technology or working practices as the country went into lock down.  This means that all of our team members were able to continue to carry out their ‘office based work’ as normal.

This has allowed, crucially, our support team to continue to work as normal – which is very important to all of our customers as it means that there is no impact on the level of service that we are providing in supporting your Sage X3 systems.

Our Professional Services team (consultants, project managers, developers) is not currently attending customer sites for face to face meetings – however, we have strongly encouraged customers to continue with projects and move such meetings to virtual video conferences and have delivered many days like this as a result – including a go-live!

The Inixion team is encouraging the use of video conference calls, for both internal and external calls, and have a ‘web cams on’ ethos, to ensure that anyone that we are virtually meeting with can see us.  We feel that this makes the virtual meeting a little less daunting for people that have not been so used to meeting in this manner.  There’s no obligation but we continue to encourage our customers to join in on the ‘web cams on’ ethos as well, as we would also like to see you!

We are maintaining full staffing levels with no current plans that would impact our employees either on a permanent or furloughing basis.  Moving forward we will continue to adhere to the UK Government advice and will be closely watching as we hopefully move away from the total lockdown status that we find ourselves in at this moment.
