Bearing in mind that, as noted above, all Sage solutions, including some of the older products, are quite different in how they are structured and deployed, it could be said there is no specific advantage to ‘staying on Sage’. However, Sage is keen to ensure there is a pathway for customers from an older product to Sage X3 and we can, on behalf of the customer, discuss with Sage some key benefits which can include:

  • Maintaining a historical archive 
  • Promotional incentives 
  • Continual usage of some external complementary tools such as Sage Enterprise Intelligence (SEI)

Note that these are considered by Sage on a case-by-case basis.
